A U.S. company may temporarily hire a foreign national to perform professional services. There are several classifications of nonimmigrant visas that allow for authorized employment in which we have a great deal of experience, including, but not limited to:

IMMIGRANT VISA CATEGORIES
We assist in the multi-step process to obtain U.S. Legal Permanent Residence through employer-based sponsorship under the five classifications:
